Under the overall supervision of the Programme Manager, the Deputy Programme Manager will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

The Deputy Programme Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance all project activities. He/she will, as required, assist the Programme Manager with planning the project and in obtaining commitments to complete the project within the established schedule and budget constraints. The Deputy Programme Manager will also interact with donors, clients and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are properly understood and implemented.
